In this blog, I share with you everything I know about metal detectors.
I like the outdoors and history. And the best way to combine both of these 2 hobbies is metal detecting. You unearth history while enjoying the outdoors.
I’m an industrial engineer. So I have a technical background. I’m familiar with electromagnetic fields, induced currents, conductivity… which detectors and pinpointers use to find buried metal objects.
I’ll try to avoid the use of technical terms. This doesn’t mean that experienced users won’t benefit from this blog.
You will find many useful articles and guides such as hunting in areas full of metal junk that beginners can’t deal with because they don’t have advanced equipment and they don’t have enough knowledge.
I also have some pro tips to help you hunt in plowed fields that will save a ton of time and effort.
I hope that , after reading some of my posts, you will not be able to resist grabbing your metal detector and going for a treasure hunt.
